He will review the means testing that determines if a client is in a 3 year or a 5-year plan or if the client qualifies for a Chapter 7 case. He will address the new bankruptcy forms and what substantive changes they represent. He will address calculation of plan payments and other issues that impact the discharge ability of a debtor. He will review the ability to discharge mortgages and student loans.
